Restoration of a realistic faux-marble decor dating from the 19th century located in the entrance hall of an housing building of Paris 10th arrondissement. Steps : cleaning and clearing the decor (old wallpaper glue and paints), plaster patching and frame trim in removed staff, decor preparation (oil imprint), pictorial reintegration of false marbles decors with oil paint, creation of moldings in trompe-l'oeil with oil paint, and final varnish application.
